By creating an account or using CampusPaddy, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

CampusPaddy is designed for university students in Nigeria. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information about your institution, faculty, and department.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform for commercial spam or fraudulent schemes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant CampusPaddy a license to display it within the platform for the purpose of serving the campus community. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any uploaded resources, images, or text.

5. Moderation & Enforcement

CampusPaddy reserves the right to review, hide, or remove any content that violates these terms. Accounts may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned for serious or repeated violations. Appeals can be sent to support@campuspaddy.com.

6. Disclaimer

CampusPaddy is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content, marketplace listings, or opportunity information. Transactions made through the marketplace are between users; CampusPaddy is not a party to any transaction and is not liable for disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CampusPaddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
